CAS + Dies

Today I thought I would share this card that I made with my favourite turnabout stamp. I hope you like it.

I just love the way this stamp forms a perfect circle. I used Catherine Pooler inks in cummerbund, catching rays, pucker up and in the park. I cut the numbers from the centre of the stamp and was a little annoyed that the 0 went very slightly wonky!

I thought I would share it at seize the birthday challenge 320 with a topping of CAS with dies. I hope it passes the CAS test. I am not sure myself. I have used circle dies, number dies, a pinpoint leaf die and a panel die. That's quite a few dies.

i have no time left tonight to find more challenges so I will just stick with the one.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today, I really appreciate it.

Lovely bright and zingy colours combo, looks great combined with the crisp white Hilary. I think with the ditsy floral pattern, nobody would ever noticed the little lean on the 0 if you didn’t point it out — you could always claim it’s had a glass too many of celebratory champagne though!

It seems like magic the way your turnabout cards develop! I have always loved them. This is pretty and cheerful for a birthday. No one would notice the "0" being minutely off. I sure didn't!

Hi Hilary,
I think it is a beautiful card! Great idea to us the leaf die in this way. I will remember it. Sometimes I don't know how to use theat kind of dies and I hev several dies in my stash.
The bright colors are wonderful!

You really use your turnabout stamps very well! I love this color combo as well. And what a perfect combination of the subtle stitched background die with the colorful floral & leafy focal - I like how you pick different products and bring them together like that - something that I strive towards too. It's a lovely card. I didn't even notice that wonky zero, so never mind that at all! :)
And also, thank you so much for joining the Seize the Birthday challenge!

Absolutely gorgeous card, love the background die and the colourful circle of stamps, I wouldn't have noticed the 0 if you hadn't said-and remember it's handmade not mass produced shop bough!

Didn't even notice the 'O' had you not mentioned Hilary. It's a very pretty Birthday card and such delicate back plate.
