Today I have a cheery little CAS card to share.
These little flowers come from a cover die by Concord & 9th called posies inlay die. I love these little flowers. I cut them from 3 different colours and then pieced them together finishing with glossy accents in the centre. I have used Memory Box pinpoint flower plate on the background panel. I inadvertently stuck it on upside down, but I bet you wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't told you! The sentiment is by Uniko and was stamped in CP rocking red and heat embossed.
I am sharing this at:
Inkspirational #378 - Clean and simple
Addicted to CAS #318 - Happy. I think the colours make this a happy card
Of course I had loads of flowers left over so I made 2 more cards.
The additional dies used on this one are by Craftaddiction UK
The sentiment is another from the Uniko simply said sentiments, the border die is an old one by Spellbinders and the frame is by Heffy Doodle.
I have had several weeks of being quite busy with trips and events in addition to having my wrist in plaster, so have got a little behind with my blog visits. Thank you to everyone who sent me best wishes. My plaster has finally been removed and I am now in the process of getting my wrist to work normally again. It is currently quite swollen and sore, but is getting a little better everyday. Plasters might be good for healing bones, but they are no good for keeping joints healthy. I am doing my exercises religiously and am sure it will be back to normal soon. Thanks again for all your kind thoughts and cards.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today, I really appreciate it.

Definitely happy, these would brighten anyone’s day when they came out of the envelope Hilary! Glad to hear the pesky cast has gone and that you can see/feel improvement each day. I’m sure the exercises are a bit tedious but worth sticking to the regime and getting normal function back, fingers crossed its sooner rather than later!
These are all so pretty Hilary, so many tiny pieces to paper piece but so nicely done. Keep up the good work with the wrist.

Love these fun, bright flowers. Nice you were able to get three cards out of it! Thanks for joining in at ATCAS.
Hilary, these truly ARE happy little flowers and very very happy little cards, too!
Hope your wrist is feeling 100% very soon!

what a happy little flower in such lovely bright colors, Hilary! I was trying to figure out what design your cover plate background was - it adds a lovely shine and I couldn't tell that it was upside down!?! - so glad to hear your cast is off and you can begin regaining normal motion! Thanks for joining us at Inkspirational as well! Julia xx
I thought those flowers looked familiar. I have the same die and have been using my leftovers up also. Thanks for the great inspiration with how you used yours, they all look so pretty.
Beautiful cards Hilary, so bright and cheerful.
I don’t know if you have a Flying Tiger store near you, but my physiotherapist daughter recommended getting one of these (10kg one) to help strengthen my grip in the hand that was in plaster. I’m squeezing it 10 times, twice a day and my grip seems to be getting stronger.

All beautiful cards with the pretty posies! Love the pinpoint flower plate for the background, too! Wonderful color and great designs, so lovely! Warm caring wishes for your continued healing with your wrist, take care!!
You're so right about plaster and splints not being good for joints! It's amazing how much improvement comes with time, exercises and using the joint in daily life--at least, that was my experience. So don't get discouraged. Your cards are totally delightful! Hard to pick a favorite, but I am really drawn to the one with 3!
The cards feel like a journey back to the 1970s.
Beautiful makes Hilary and even better in real life. All so different, using the same dies. Love these. x
Yes, those bright and vivid colors are so cheery and make for a wonderful card! Thanks for joining us at Addicted to CAS!
Those are the cutest little flowers! Happy and fun cards and, nope, that pinpoint background doesn't look the least bit upside down to me, even as I clicked and studied it closely. I see what you mean, but it works either way, really. It must be so nice to have the plaster off, and I know you'll return to normal very soon. Hooray!

Gorgeous set of happy cards, the last one reminds me of 70's designs. I hope the physio soon has your wrist upto strength, never a quick fix but eventually all the exercises do pay off
